This is probably one of the hardest fights! ESPECIALLY WITH PLUSHIE! So fill in as you see fit outside of plushie achievement... But this is the only fight I had to go full suggestion on.
Plushie
Hug, Nap, Itchin for a Stichin
Ancient (Singing Sunflower makes a perfect sub as well. Perhaps even one of the carrots)
Shield, Regrowth, Photosynthesis
Whelpling (I use the one from anniversary, but there is a look a like with same attacks in Dustwallow)
Tail Whip, Scorched Earth, Fly-Off
Round 1: Plushie
Hug
Round two Switch to Ancient
2 (Regrowth)
3 (Photosynthesis)
1 (Shield)

R14 Pass
R15 Pass
R16 Switch to Whelp
2 (Scorched Earth)
This point on, whip till one of you die.
Bring in Ancient to mop up, repeating 2,3,1,1,1,1 Pattern.
Done.
I've tried this several times and its pretty accurate (with the team I used atleast). If there are some extra crits on either part it will affect the needed rotation (a given) but for the most part its a solid group for the job at hand.
